MIDDLEBROOK
Middlebrook is a landmark mixed-use development located at Junction 6 of the M61 motorway. At over 639,000 sq ft it is the largest retail and leisure destination in the North and the second largest retail park in the UK, attracting over 800,000 shoppers per month. Located adjacent to Reebok Stadium home of Bolton Wanderers FC, the development includes retail units from 1,000 to 95,000 sq ft, a cinema, bowling alley, bar and restaurants, as well as a prestigious modern business park with approximately 4,000 staff.
An extensive residential development with 250 homes makes up the rest of the development and Middlebrook benefits from its own train station (Horwich Parkway) with direct services between Manchester City Centre, Blackpool, Preston and Manchester Airport. In addition to having free parking for over 2,700 cars Middlebrook is well served by local bus routes from the surrounding area.
